I know being infected with this garbage is frustrating but by removing entries with HJT and running scans on your own you have removed any clues as to what your infected with, also all systems are different, what works for one can bork another so if you run any more scans on your own this forum will not be responsible for the outcome.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan. The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Unplug the cable if need be before running combofix. IF you have not already done so Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet when it starts.
If there is no internet connection when Combofix has completely finished then restart your computer to restore back the connections. Now double click on combofix. When finished, it will produce a report for you.
